The store is clean, food is good as usual. Coffee is fresh, the cream cold. Food and cleanliness, 5 star as I expect based on... my past experiences with Whataburger. This location has installed self serve kiosks, which I typically believe are animprovement. This morning the staff seemed to take my use of the kiosk as permission for 3 in uniform and one not in uniform tostand at the register and chat about company business causing me to interrupt them to ask for a table tent that was notavailable at the kiosk. In addition to this minor oversight, I did not receive the orange juice that was on my order and hadto return to the counter to request it. 3 of 5 for service overall. Read more
We have been to this establishment a few times for breakfast. A lady with a bun is usually working. She is very nice and... welcoming. The mgr said hi to us. The restaurant is always clean, fast and friendly. Thank you for a great experience! Read more
We ordered through curbside, the employee brought us our food, we had 1 drink wrong that I had to ask him to correct. Then he... asked me twice if I wanted condiments and twice I said no. When he came back out with the correct drink in hand, he also gave mecondiments and I looked at him and thought...okay dude geez I'll take the ketchup even though I said no twice. Then we get homewith the food and realize that our "large" fries are not filled properly. Hey had enough inside the container for a medium sizefries. I attached pictures. Today Wednesday, April 13th, around 6:20 pm pass by Whataburger, at 2203 E Evans Rd, San Antonio, TX. and I was going to the... drive thru, but saw like 10 cars ahead, so I just look for a parking spot and order inside. I ordered the: Southern BaconGrilled Chicken Sandwich simply super delicious, and also got the: Double Meat Whataburger perfect! so juicy and that uniquemixture of flavors that only you will find here at: Whataburger???????? Also really thanks to the manager: Joey, that saw me andasked if everythyng was good, he was so kind and told me: 2 more orders and yours will be the next to be ready, the restaurantwas full packed, big time! Came here for the first time, June 21st. We went thru the drive thru and the food was pretty good. It was a short drive home... and we expected the food to be warmer, but oh well. We will definitely come back to this location. Read more
Hands down the BEST Whataburger in San Antonio. It is right by my work, so I regularly join them for lunch. The staff there is... incredible, super friendly and always working hard. Including their manager, who always takes the time to interact withcustomers. My food is always hot and they always get my order right. Jerry particularly makes me smile every visit-he alwaysbrings me my mayo and is always making my visit personable. Thanks to everyone at this location for creating an experience forme! Read more
