Nick in the drive though was rude. Once we got our food we will missing all the fries and sides for the kids mean. We didn?t get... straws for our drinks or ketchup like requested. Once we got our fries they were soft and limp. Once I finally got to eat myburger it was smothered in mustard when I specifically asked for no mustard. Read more

Honest review of a returning customer, first of all, dining in, I come here a lot for group events, and the service is always... pretty good. Unlike some fancy restaurants, this is a fast food place, making it call out your number so you could get up toretrieve your food. The best way to enjoy this place is to bring friends, or family, it can make this place a great restaurantjust to hang out. Now for the take out, again they call out your number then you leave, not very different, easy and swift butit may take a while to get your food. For delivery, there?s a chance you could get your order wrong, a mistake we made whenfirst coming to Texas was we ordered a normal burger not knowing we should?ve said ?plain (no pickles)? but we got some picklesin the burger, but that wasn?t the restaurant?s fault, just be careful, hope this helped- A regular customer Read more

Employee working at the front counter today, Stephanie, was very unpleasant. The entire interaction we had she had a scowl on... her face and seemed unable to use words to communicate. Mostly communicating through noises and whispers. She treated the othercustomers the same way so it?s obviously acceptable behavior to the store management. I also placed my order online in advanceso I didn?t have to wait, and of course, they didn?t start on my order until after I arrived and after it was supposed to becompleted. Typical garbage service. Terrible! Meat was dry and cold, buns were cold, and imitation cheese! Would not even melt, but again the meat was cold so how... could it melt. Asked for a chocolate milk shake, guess what, no chocolate in the shake! Read more

My first ever visit to Whataburger and the last: a very unpleasant odor inside the eatery should be a warning, then I was... waiting and waiting and waiting for Ryan to stop chit chatting with his female colleague. Nobody greeted me or noticed mypresence. The manager (short young male employee in a white shirt) was on his personal cell phone having an entertainingconversation.
