This visit along with the last 2 before have been extremely disappointing when we don't receive the customized order as it was... placed. Additionally, it's further dissatisfying when the manager on duty is more frustrated with the customer for requestingit be corrected than validating the order was made correctly to begin with. In these particular orders, a burger is requestedwith extra lettuce, extra tomato & extra pickle. Rather than correcting the error so the deliciousness of the meat juices cansoak into the veggies on the burger, he provides a completley separate container with the extra veggies for a customer to thenfinish assembling the burger when they reach their destination. Highly recommend staff from the Sweetwater, TX location come dosome service training across multiple locations. Talk about a most positive experience from the manager on duty to the kiddeliver orders to curbside. Self checkout is loserville. "Item in bag" is not set right. Two miles distance from milk to bread. Real workout getting a small... amount of groceries. Not enough handicap parking. Nice store. Many perks. Great employees Read more

Waited in the drive thru for a long time despite being the only car there at the time. Confirmed my order twice with the person... taking my order and when I got my food it was wrong (specified twice that i wanted it plain with cheese and it came witheverything and no cheese). Took my order at 833, didn't get my food until 846. By that point the line had gotten so longbehind me that there was no point in waiting again. Terrible establishment. Would not recommend. Nice employees. Patient and understanding. Discounts. Great communication & teamwork. Great beverage layout. Nice parking... design. Very clean place. Good ambience. The pictures I took here are two employees that really stood out. They performedextremely well and were focused on their jobs while being nice, courteous, and attentive. Cold, soggy, disappointing and discussed food. This is the second time at this location and was so disappointed that it went... straight into the trash. The order was not correct and was not cheap. Over nine dollars worth of icky. What a let down again! Read more

Horrible. My wife went Halloween night and they messed up on that order also their was a dead gnat that was stuck on the inside... of my drink lid. Luckily we saw it before it was drank out of. Now today. They were supposed to ?make it right? but failedmiserably. Asked for a double Whataburger with cheese and they gave me this cereal. Said it was freshly made right off thegrill. First off it was cold. Then it also looked like it was under the heat lamp soo long a piece of lettuce dehydrated to thetop of my bun. And only one piece of cheese?.not two. I order doubles all the time from different Whataburgers across the townand never had this problem. Also the bottom bun was all gelatinous. No bread texture what so ever almost looked like a greasybread pudding. I will drive the distance from now on to get my Whataburger elsewhere. Read more

Took a few minutes in line to get my order placed but my meal came out pretty fast. Had a triple meat without the bun, onion... rings, and a lemon pie. My food was very good and my order was correct. Not sure why all the low reviews? I would eat here again Read more
