Took 58 minute when only 2 cars were in front of me. About 7 workers running around near the window area so they did not appear... to be short staffed. Terrible service. Fries were as hot as Alaska during the winter and the burger tasted like I was eatingcardboard out of my trash can. Read more
This particular Whataburger has good customer service but they continually mess up on my fries. It's easy no salt... fries. Over-salting the fries diminishes the taste of the potatoes. I would much rather put my own salt or have no salt at all. Read more
Typical late night crowd. Everyone is hungry and looking forward to the food. Workers were hustling, busy and accomodating... everyone as they came in. The lines are long in the drive-thru but they move pretty fast, we dined in and the place was clean,stocked and food came out fast as usual. It was on a Thursday night, not sure about other nights. Worst experience ever. Soda was watered down. Burger was supposed to be plain but instead they put a whole bottle of mustard... couldn't even eat it. Had two separate orders and both were wrong and just as bad. The girl at the drive thru behaved like shehated her job. Will never waste my money and time at this trash place. Read more
Went to Whataburger at 2:00 a.m. today I asked for onion rings and they gave me this these onion rings were dipped twice in the... oil dark as hell nasty at that and the manager was no help if they don't want to work at night they should get a job during theday paid almost $30 for my meal and my wife's very disappointed at this Whataburger Read more
Whataburger is a Texas must stop. If you're an out of towner, order a double meat double cheese burger with grilled onions,... grilled jalapeños and toasted buns. Today this location had a few tables with no one sitting in them and they needed to bewiped down. Register counter need some attention as well. Usually when our food is brought to the table they offer condimentsand napkins, not this time. Food was still delicious but restraunt needed a little TLC. Read more
Just ordered the #5. My order came out correct but they quickly put the burger together. I think they keep a stack of already... cooked patties in a tin and just reheat when its time to serve. Meat is warm and cheese is not melted. They are acting on theirbest behavior today because there is a rep here doing a review with the manager. Read more
Good food and service is very good BUT the drive thru needs improvement, check your orders! They forget to add your jalapenos,... but they do charge you for them. Read more
