I am native Texan so Whataburger is as a close to our natural born child.... so I am partial to great burgers at fair prices...... I did the electrical about 25 years ago and this particular store had been remodeled twice this last remodel wow love thedesign, for this side of San Antonio pretty fancy. as always food is great services is excellent and environment is pleasant. Food is always good and I frequent this place alot been eating Whataburger for at the very least 30 years but there Is something... I feel I should say....the last couple of times I've eaten here the service has been shaky at best. I don't get a "Thank You"and come back and as of this writing I didn't get a tray I got my food in a to go bag....get he hint??? Went to eat lunch at the Zarzamora location. From the time we ordered staff was attentive,polite,professional. Saying to us... yes ma'am, yes sir,please and thank you. For seniors like my husband and I it means a lot! The place was clean! We eat there atleast once a week. My husband loves the hamburgers from WHATABURGER! I've been eating Whataburger most of my life off and on not continuously of course and Margarita took my order today she is the... best most clearest communicating person I have ever placed an order with at any Whataburger anywhere I have been in my entirelife and I am 62 years old she deserves recognition and whatever she makes she deserves a raise she's an excellent communicatorand very professional.
