Wasn't acknowledged when I went to pick up my mobile order. I was the only person at the counter and the girl working in front... of me wouldn't even make eye contact. When I asked if she saw me, she ran to the kitchen. I wouldn't be this upset but when Iwalked in, she was asking a man in the lobby if he needed anything. Needless to say, she seemed to take much pleasure taping upall the bags and drinks in front of me as I waited. No napkins or ketchup. I like Whataburger, but I don't like feeling ignoredor dismissed. Waited about 45 min for our curbside order, employees were super slow and looked like they were confused the whole time. They... originally gave me the wrong order to which I asked the driver next to me if it was there?s and I gave him his order. Had towalk inside for my curbside order after 45 min of waiting. Super disappointed and never apologized for the hold up to any of thecustomers. Multiple people in line from curbside waiting on their order. The quality of my burger was not good either. Whataburger is definitely in my top three of fast food burger spots. My benchmark is McDonald's and they don't even make the top... 10! The burgers here are not overly greasy and have a really nice flavor. I'm also a lover of patty melts and the fact thatthey have one on the regular menu adds a lot of bonus points for me. We don't have any near me in Brevard County, FL, but whenI'm traveling west I'll definitely be making Whataburger a guaranteed stop for the family and I. Read more
Busy location. Shift change in progress, plus large orders ahead of mine...not too bad a wait. The quality level of burgers has... changed a bit. But, not enough to stop eating them when I'm hungry...good fries n chocolate shake. Read more
I ordered ahead on the app and my food was ready at the time proposed. The order was correct but one of my items was overcooked.... The bun was supposed to be toasted, not burnt. It was completely charred, inside and out. Highly disappointed as quality isusually higher. Read more
There was literally a metal shaving on my burger! Do I need to say anything else? Actually I will! Called and asked for a... manager, he didn't seem care and came off like I was lying about my complaint and offered to replace the burger. I accepted atfirst and hung up but right after I called back and instead asked for a refund because I really didn't trust their equipment issafe right now.
