I?ve been to this Wendy?s a few times and once they were only accepting cash, may not have been their fault but okay. Just went... recently again and as soon as we pull up they say they have online orders and they?re behind so it?s going to take 15-20minutes?? Weird. So just keep that in mind before you waste your time going here, if you get your food it should be good though??????? Read more

Normally I don't leave reviews on fast food places - especially high-rated ones - because y'know, fast food. I came here on a... Sunday at 2:30 for a quick bite, and the place was dead. I expected the worst & maybe warm food with it. But to my pleasantsurprise, both the service & food were outstanding! My father had to order for me, and he speaks English with a littledifficulty. They were patient with him with our orders, which I really appreciate. We had to wait under 5 minutes for our food- which isn't a big deal - but when we got it oh my god I swear it was the freshest fast food I've had in years. The burger wasjuicy, hot & fresh. The fries were hot & perfectly crispy - not a single warm, droopy, & oversalted fry in sight. The nuggetwere, hot of course, and juicy. I want to commend the staff & management on 09/09/22 for doing such an excellent job! Rarely doyou come across such service & such food under a national chain. Yeah the timing may have played a part for the food quality,but their patience & politeness when taking my dad's order should be applauded. Now I know which Wendy's to go to whenever Iwant a Frosty. So today was the second time I attempted to eat here: first time was through a drive through and they only had 2 cars before me... and they took FOREVER. I sat there 15 min and the line didn?t move so I had to leave. Today was the second time, Except Iordered through their app. I ordered at 4:45, at 5:33 I called the store, no answer. So I called the dasher. Guy doesn?t speakEnglish and passes the phone to the girl working. She said that she just started her shift, but they?re were working on my orderand it?s going to be another 15 min. I?m already annoyed because food should?ve already been delivered. I said ok. Well I nevergot my order. I?m not blaming the dasher because he didn?t understand the language. He got there and waited 30 min for the orderand it still was not ready at a FAST FOOD restaurant, so he left not understanding it was going to be another 15 min. Dashercalled me later with his nephew translating for us. I contacted door dash and they tried several time to contact Wendy?s aswell and they didn?t answer. So I?m hoping there aren?t any issues with getting my refund! I?m super super annoyed. I won?t evereat here. Wendy?s needs to get it together and hire employees who actually want to work. Not blaming the girl that I spoke toeither. Whoever was in charge in the shift before her needs to be evaluated! Read more

08/16/2022 Worst Wendys to ever visit. You will be waiting in the drive thru line for 30+min for a total of 2 cars in front of... you. Every now and then I try to give this location a new chance and same story. Was in a line of 6 cars this time (me #3) andwas in line for about 15min no moving, and the lady who was at the menu got out of her car and shouted that they aren't takingdrive thru orders anymore after having her sit parked there for 15+min but did take the two cars orders in front of her. Thatthey are only taking dine-in now. Super random and it was 12:20pm. No consistency, no urgency, no consideration at thislocation. Do not waste your precious lunch hour waiting to eat here and possibly still not be served. Management needs to cometo this location ASAP. Read more

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. They need new cooks who know what there're doing. Dining room closed, only... 2 cars in drive thru, and my meal still came out cold. Fries were cold, old, rubbery, and nasty. I ordered Dave's Double combomeal. Hamburger was cold, and the meat patties seemed to have shrunk in size. Meat was burnt crisp, edges rock hard. Thehamburger bun was old. First bite and the bun crumbled to pieces. I couldn't eat the burger, had to throw it away. When Iplaced my order at drive-thru, I tried to upgrade to a large, I was told that only medium fries were available because they hadrun out of boxes for large fries. So what they did was charge me .75 for medium fries, and $1 for the large Coke. Nice scam. I also tried to order a large chili, only to be told that they were out of chili. My total for this horrible, unedable meal was$12.49. The owner(s) of this location should be ashamed of themselves for not monitoring the quality of the product they areselling. This low level of quality is simply inexcusable, especially during these times of ridiculously high prices everywhere. The meal they gave wasn't worth $3 in my opinion. Read more

My wife and I came to dine in for lunch, and we waited for our order too long. Then as I finally got my food, the fries were... cold and tasted ugly. I did get my fries replaced, but still didn't taste as good as they used to. It seems this restaurantfavors drive-thru customers than dine-in ones since they were getting their orders in time. I have ordered the baconater several times and I promise you, all the six slices of bacon are not on there. I get a baconater... with tiny burnt pieces of bacon. Not one single piece of bacon is whole. More like bacon bits. I couldn't even taste the bacon.Fries were not hot and fresh. Cold and burnt. Read more
