The screen showed no cheese on my burger. Told the cashier. I heard the cashier yell, "My bad need cheese on that Jr.... Bacon." So I figure I am good. i hadn't been to Wendy's in 25 years. Ounce Upon a Time my wife and I enjoyed a juicy Wendy's bacon cheese buger, those days are... long since gone forever, Just last week I was driving through there lot and out of the blue stopped in for a bite. It was such adreadful experience for me that I would never put my taste buds through this again. So completely overpriced for a crummy silverdollar sized sandwich, so dry that it was falling apart after a little bite, it had the texture and smell of an old man's dirtysock. Johnathan is the best thing about this place. His customer service is amazing. Too good to be in fast food. Always attentive, my... order is always right, he even apologizes constantly for any mistakes the kitchen makes. The food is mediocre. But he needs adamn raise or promotion or both. System just randomly goes down and employees, including the manager for the shift today was rude for no reason I came to this... Wendy's drive-through just hoping to pick up a meal for myself and a friend. I was told that the system was shut down dor about20 or 30 minutes. That would have been fine, but since I already had this planned I sat in the drive-through for a coupleminutes messaging the other person trying to figure out what to do for this meal and over the speaker the alleged manager toldme I needed to leave right now or they will get police on me. Worse customer service I have ever had. Ordered on the App, waited 20 minutes in line since the lobby is under construction and... not accessible. They lost my app order that I had already paid for. In the seven years I have lived near this restaurant, theservice has gone from little to non-existent! I made a comaint to the corporate office, it was that bad. Read more
Drive thru was closed today for some technical reason. Diner also closed. So in it's basically just closed. No signage. Poor... guy in drive through had to turn away about 10 cars while we were waiting. Previous time we went about a month ago they messedup the order. Missing onion rings and fries. Didnt notice till we got home not worth the time to go back. Hopefully they fixtheir issues. Read more
I ordered two jr bacon cheese burgers and a medium drink. Almost $10 and my burgers were raw, not cooked correctly. That?s a... health code violation. I ate one since I was unaware and it was dark in my car. Decided to check the 2nd burger all pink. howis this place open ? Wow! What a horrible place to order take out. Here we go....chili had paper and something hard in it, both hamburgers were about... as dry as you can ever imagine, garlic fries were soggy and nasty and not enough, bread from burgers were like biting into arock and the frosty was like drinking milk! This was so horrible and I will never go to that place again. It's sad that I sawthe reviews after I bought and threw it all away. It's also sad that Wendy's sees these and ignores it all. Wendy's, you're afew steps away from closing shop. Get to work on making things right. Whoever reads this ...don't eat there until Wendy's startsgetting it together. Read more
