Fast service for friend I was driving to work. On and out in less than 5 mins so he had time to eat it before I got him to work.
Staff is rude and upper management will not call back if you put in a complaint on management. Do better SA Wendy's!????
Ordered 2 frostys 1 order of fries and 4 piece chicken nuggets. Instead I got 4, 4 piece nuggets. Who orders that? How did she... think that was right? I also saw an employee eating fries right from the fry basket. No gloves no mask just eating right out ofthe fry basket on the line. My frosty was also melted. Took way too long for anybody to get to the box to take my order. Boy at window taking order did not inform us that they had an... item missing that goes on one of the special new sandwiches. Until it was asked to put that special item on another sandwich. Atthe window we were not greeted very nicely. The little boy who worked the window did not ask us if we wanted any condiments andwe did not get any straws without drinks. The little boy walked away from the window, and the manager woman grab the bag off ofthe counter slam the window open and basically threw the bag at us and shut the window. Worst Wendy?s in town. Aside from the manager at the window sticking 3 fingers in each cup to separate them to serve the drinks... , this is what they consider small fries. I was so upset about the darn fries that I didn?t notice missing items on my orderuntil I got home. Never going to this Wendy?s again !!! This location has been a problem for many years . I?m done !! Ridiculous experience. 2 separate orders. Very simple. #1) Dave's Double Combo with ketchup, mustard, pickles only. #2) Ceasar... side salad and Baconator Fries. Placing order was fine. Window experience was less than stellar. Manager was barking orders foreveryone to hurry up. 1st order was filled with a single, but they caught it before we drove off. Exchanged burgers back andforth as they figured it out. Asked if we could up charge the drink to a large. No. Management left the window. Another clerkshowed up. Attempts to run card for 2nd order. Had difficulty couldn't make the transaction work (Yes, money verified in accountas it freaked me out that it didn't work. ) Gave a different card. Now I feel with all the crazy bumbling around I have towatcht my accounts to make they leave them alone! Finally got the salad and baconator fries. Note the picture. The bacon wasburnt black. Burger was overcooked and leathery. Fries were cold and salad was all the unused areas of the romaine. Since weused the company app coupons, staff seemed irritated. It's a company wide promotion, to bring in business. This type of serviceseems standard across the USA. I will not be going to this Wendy's again, this is the second time I've been there and I've only ordered each time the grilled... chicken Caesar salad with no drink. Both times were messed up. The first had shredded paper jack cheese with the parmesan cheeseand the second time was with Iceberg lettuces and Romaine lettuces. Both felt like they had expired dressing as well, they werewaaay more vinegary that they usually are. Read more
