Came in for a quick bite before my shift and I'm surprised at this restaurant.. never have I had a burger assembled so perfectly... fresh and hot and quick. The service was friendly and the new styling of the remodeled restaurant is very inviting for to stopby for business as well since they have outlets near the tables for laptops and other devices. usually not the type of person to leave reviews,but this place needs help,went in during my lunch to get some peace and... relaxation during my break,left with a headache from the alarm on the fry machine that none of the three employees their wereable to get even though it was slow,because they were all too busy on their phones. to add to that ,the ones handling the foodkept putting their hands in and out of their pockets,on their phones,etc.,with no gloves on ,no washing of hands nothing, thento add on to that one of them was eating their lunch from MCDONALDs at the food preparation area, if this is not unprofessionaland bad service i dont know what you call it. WE HAVEN'T EATEN AT WENDY'S IN A WHILE, NOW WE REMEMBER WHY... WE WERE IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 10 MINUTES BEHIND 4 CARS, 8 MINUTES... TO MIDNIGHT, AS WE GOT TO SPEAKER TO PLACE OUR ORDER, A YOUNG LADY YELLED OUT SORRY WE JUST CLOSED @ 12:03 AM, ON THE WEB SITEHOURS OF OPERATION ARE CLOSES AT 1 AM, MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO UPDATE SITE, NO EXPLANATION, HAD TO WAIT BEHIND THE CAR IN FRONT OFUS, AS THEY GOT TO RECEIVE THEIR DRINKS, GUESS WE WON'T BE BACK HERE FOR AWHILE AGAIN... The food and service was over the top! Second visit as dine in and ordered the summer strawberry salad and it's the best salad... I've ever had! Manager was attentive and employees are very welcoming! Great job y'all! Read more
The evening manager, a woman who has been there a while, is an amazing and dedicated employee. Customer service her top... priority. The dine in area was clean and the food was on point.
