The girl working the drive through was cutting me off while I tried to order, and when I pulled up to the window and gave her my... credit card she had pulled her cell phone out and it made me uncomfortable like she snapped a pic. I cancelled my card when Ileft. Would not recommend. Read more
The bottom bun was stiff probably old bread, the burger was still raw. I drove back with the burger, fries and drink. I... presented my receipt for a refund. They took a while and came back with a burger. I asked for a refund again. I was onlyrefunded for the burger(I brought the burger, fries and drink back). I had to ask for a third time for my money back. By thispoint the 5 nurses behind me couldn't believe they were trying not to fully refund the undercooked meal. I'm not going back. Read more
I went inside to order then was told they only took cash. I previously heard the general manager tell her employe well were... leaving for the day after this. We asked if the drive thru takes card they said yes then sat for over 20 mins in the drive thruwaiting to get our order my receipt said it was around 4:20 pm so take that in consideration .... then we get our order and thefood was completely wrong we tried to go inside to fix it and the doors were locked we had to stay in the to go lane again thenwhen got our food again and they forgot the bacon at that point ... wasted money we wanted to eat inside and they wouldn't letus. Went for lunch on a Sunday at 11:30. went inside store but should have gone through the drive through. Dinning room was not set... up. i.e. mop with mop bucket was in Dinning room, condiments was not put out, no straws avail. no cashier to take order. Tookalmost 10 min before they sent a cashier to take order and when food arrived, the burger was cold and the buns tasted stale/old. Read more
I came here recently with my friend and it was pretty awful. The lobby was trashed. The girl behind the counter didn?t seem to... know what she was doing. However, I felt bad for her because it didn?t seem like any of her coworkers or management cared toproperly teach her or help her during my visit. It took about 20 minutes to get my biggie bag. Once I got it the hamburger wascold and there was very little fries, I asked the girl at the counter if she could make me a new one. Again, I felt bad for herbecause when she brought the cold hamburger to her coworkers none of them cared to acknowledge her. Once my hamburger came outthe second time it was hot and I asked the supervisor/manager if I could have an extra sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets andshe said it would be 35 cents. Which is fine I understand that it?s 35 cents but the manner in which she told me was in a way asif the world owed her something. And then also the first time my hamburger came out it was cold. Love the place! Yes it's a older wendys but food just as good for fast food. That said the evening manager Amanda is nice and... knows what she is doing. As for the other review saying a 2.99 and it rang up 3.14 do you know what taxes are? Maybe go back toschool buddy. Unlike other places like hometown burger which takes 30 mins for a shake you get your meal fast and good. Keep upthe good work. Only complaint would be what I would assume the main person? Usually good food pretty quick, friendly, but tonight not so much went through the drive-thru ordered 4 meals 33+$. Took a... while, figured had to make more fries hamburger patties something. Got my food got home & food was cold, fries hard, like itsbeen sitting there for awhile. Called but no answer. Called again & finally got a person an woman who claimed to be the managertold me it's cold out tonight so it could've gotten cold in the car driving home. Smh I live 3 blocks away, & my windows up.Might be awhile before I eat at Wendy's again. Especially this location Read more
