The food was ok. But the service sucked. They forgot to give me my chili, and my butter and sour cream for my baked potato.... Then when I tried to call and tell them, they we're closed. So in the morning I attempted to call and the calls wouldn't gothrough. When I showed up there to tell them, they didn't want to I've me the chili because I couldn't call before they closed.When I purchased it like 30min before they closed but didn't get home until after they did. I enjoyed the food here. It tastes fresh. The customer service could use a little help, especially with the manager(male). But... another time I went a young man helped me, and he was a joy. It was clean for the most part, but needs something. The atmosphereis a bit blah. Read more
This is the pretzel bread burger. It was good but not $13 good! Also sweaty guy in drive thru didn?t give us straws or napkins
I used to love Wendy's, but this location messed that up for me. I wait long for my order & food is not even good. Service is... poor & there has been times my childs kids meal doesn't come with a toy. He calls it a sad meal. We dont come & eat hereanymore. Read more

Arrived at the drive thru when the store was slow & the girl at the drive thru was sulking, giving attitude & acting like she... was annoyed that we pulled up. Politely requested no sauce on one of our burgers and she suddenly muted her headset and passedit to a man to take over.
