Worst food and service ever, they never have much customers, so their rudeness and lack of service, is definitely not because... they?re over whelmed with business. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, took so long to get it and it was cold dry and all thesandwich had was a dry, very dry piece of grilled chicken and a slice of soggy tomatoes. No lettuce!, no pickles, nocondiments. When I showed the sandwich to the cashier and asked where?s my lettuce, she said they haven?t had lettuce in a weekand that nobody had ever complained. Imagine that, they don?t have an ingredient that people expect, yet the customer is notnotified at time of ordering. I asked to speak to manager and she said she would call him, well he never came out to talk tome. I waited 30 minutes at which time I wrapped up the sandwich and took it to the cashier. Manager was behind counter andonly God knows what was being said by him?I didn?t understand a word he said, it appeared he couldn?t communicate well inEnglish. Seems like there is only one person working the drive thru for breakfast so service was understandably slow. Dining room wasn't... open even though the sign says it opens at 9. Asked for ketchup and didn't get it. Food was fresh but I can get better servicenext door. Read more
Pick a different Wendy's. The four always has what signs because there's fluids leaking from the soda machine, just inside the... door I walked over a smushed cockroach today, and there was only three people staffing and it was taking them forever so theywere already way behind on a couple orders. The gentleman that took our order was kind but every other part of our experience was not good. Our food was cold and when we... ordered our taco salad they forgot the chilies fine whatever mistakes happen but when we went up the Latino (I think) man wasvery rude to us, he a very rude tone we didn't even say anything to him before he walked up to us so it's jot like we were beingrude or anything I just wanted to get our food that we paid for I understand mistakes happen but you work in customer service atleast put in 10%. Ordered delivery today and paid for food plus driver. Was delivered the wrong order. Called the store and they told me the only... way to fix it was to come pick it up. Ordered some Chili and when I got back to work, I had to throw it away because it was not edible. The meat was bad and the... sauce tasted like they mixed Ketchup and water together. The chunks of meat were still square like they took it out of oldhamburgers. If you don't have chili, just tell me you're out and don't try pass this off. Not going back there. Read more
