Really wanted to enjoy my taco salad but unfortunately my salad had mold in it! My fries and chicken nuggets were also not... fresh and stale. I'm pretty disappointed with my last two experiences. The food was not fresh and not made correctly. I ordered a big bacon... classic and it only had two pieces of bacon, but it is supposed to have three. Besides that, I asked for a small combo and wastold they only had medium or large. I got to the window and asked the manager, Norman, again if they no longer had small as anoption for combos and he said that was correct, just medium or large. Well, if you order through the app a small combo is stillan option. I don't appreciate being lied to so the store can make an extra buck, especially when I only got the equivalent of asmall fry anyway. I worked at Wendy's for 10 years to put myself through college and graduate school and know their procedureswell. My experience is a prime example that goes against Wendy's standards. Everyone knows that the reason their burgers aresquare is because they "don't cut corners at Wendy's." I wish I could say that were true for this Wendy's location. Read more
Wendy's is a solid fast food restaurant. I was overcharged once but their customer service was prompt to address it. And in... today's world where everything is outsourced and it's near impossible to connect with anything other than a robot, I amimpressed. The one thing I will say is that they are clearly short staffed and the lines take awhile. But I know that's aproblem at any eatery right now. The quality of the food is good and their prices, with coupons, is actually verymanageable. If you have kids, the kids meal toys are decent. Some are better than others. My kids are usually content though asan adult, some of the sticker books seem low value. Overall, I'm very happy with Wendy's. Plus, their social media ishilarious. Read more
Stopped in to get a frosty, which is always good on a hot afternoon/evening. I tried the strawberry one and we also got the... traditional chocolate one. OMG did they hit the spot and they are reasonable priced. Service was good through the drive-thru. Consider visit Wendy's to pick one up. Read more

Came to Wendy?s for a quick bite & I wish I had spent my money elsewhere. There was no ketchup, mustard or mayonnaise of any... kind on my burger ????. I spent $30.26 win we arrived. home though burger was burn and dry. All I was offered we make a burger for the inconvenience?... And I drove over 4 miles to bring it back. I see why they have a 3.6 rating. And the manager on duty really didn?t care he?s akid. Read more
