I completely agree with Jennifer?s review. The same lady (matching the same description) handed me my drink with a large Texas... size bug clearly visible through the plastic cup just last night. When I asked her to cancel my order, don?t swipe my card, andshowed her why, she laughed and said ?ok, thanks?. Either happy to not have to serve me or amused by what she did, probablyboth. The inside looked disgusting. Stains on the ceiling, grease-smeared stainless steel, this is just from what I could seethrough the window. Shame. I love Wendy?s and just moved in close by so I would have been a very frequent customer too. Oh well. Read more
Although I do think the inside could either be deep cleaned or remodeled, it?s fast food and does the job. Service was great and... no one bothered us while we ate inside. Bathrooms were clean. Ample parking, fast drive thru service. Read more
Only fast food place I've encountered where their app allows you to order out of stock items. They couldn't give me a refund... either. I've had serious issues with Wendy's and their online persona makes it all the worst. Wendy's: bad service with a sideof snark. Read more
Desperate times call for desperate measures, however, hiring just to have a body in the building isn?t good business. We went... through the drive thru this evening around 9pm. We ordered 3 small strawberry Frosty?s, a medium chocolate frosty and a largechocolate frosty. Trinity on the speaker repeated the order back to us incorrectly twice before we finally drove up to thewindow. Upon getting to the window, we tried confirming our order again and she looked shocked. She said our total was ?$9.17.Wait, that might be wrong.? Then gave us a new total. The problem here lies in the fact that she seemed so ready to go home thatshe wasn?t actually listening to anything we told her. And then getting snippy was totally uncalled for. I am assuming her nameis Trinity because that is what the receipt said. I hope she gets some training or a vacation. Other people in this area mightnot be so tolerable. Went after work at about 930 pm on a Sunday. First time at this location. Went through drive thru. Ordered #11, big bacon... cheddar chicken. At window, they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich. I told them wrong order. Guy at window seemed totallyuntrained, on drugs or both. Asked me to repeat order multiple times, even though it was right there and correct on receipt.After pulling forward and waiting a very long time, they brought out the correct order. 0 stars. I normally don't give 4 stars to any fast food place.... because it's just that. Fast food. However today it wasn't fast period.... I ordered 6 spicy nuggets with wildberry lemonade. Took between 10-15 minutes for them to make them. When done he brought me10, plus large fries. Which I hadn't ordered for the problem. That's service. Thank you. They were pretty good too. Read more
