Horrible customer service! Waited in the drive through only to find out they won?t take 2 orders from one car. Parked and went... inside, there was no one to take my order. Had to wait for the drive through person to come take my orders. Ordered 3 chilies,they were barely warm, no crackers. The double stack was a sloppy mess and the top bun was hard & stale! Lobby was closed... guy gets my order wrong ... 2 cold chilis with no onions or cheese in one second only cheese not even... slightly warm.. no sause doesn't mean switch the normal sauce for something else .. no receipt, not surprising Read more
9/11 7pm Ordered a double, got a single. Only one patty on the baconator as well. No sauce for my son's nuggets, no ketchup, no... straws. Would have dined in to avoid all this but the dining room is closed! In all fairness, every fast food restaurant in thearea sucks... Read more
Horrible customer service in drive thru! Will never go there again! I understand if you have one bad day but come on second day... of me going I saw this drive thru person literally got so upset an started slamming the box of straws an throwing them! The onlyreason I saw that was cause I went inside to tell them about my drive thru order. It seems as if it happens often cause theother employees just looked at him an kept doing their job ! Guy working the drive-thru counter around 530pm on august 15th isn't very bright and rude to top it off. Jobs like this usually... require some people skills which he apparently has none of. I understand times are tough and people don't want to work thesejobs but that doesn't mean you should just settle for the bottom of the barrel either. Oh, the fries were cold also. I would rate their service and food but didn't receive either. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, just went to Whataburger... around the highway. Less than 5 minutes with service waiting at the drive thur. Thanks Whataburger. Read more

This is the second time I have been here and every time I come here something is wrong , first time my meat smelled foul . Then... today my daughters wanted Wendy?s well to our surprise there was hair in our nuggets mind you I asked for spicy and they didn?tgive us that, then to top it off my burger was cold . When I went inside to confront the issue saw an employee with no hair netand her hair in her face . They had the craziest attitude so I just asked for my refund . I do get that it?s fast food chain butat least be respectful to the person you contaminated there food . Will not be going back .
