Mid. Cheese was cold and service could?ve been better.
Was told to "wait a moment" and nothing else for 15-20mins. Cars lined up behind and one lady walked to the window only to come... back, clearly frustrated. After that, cars started to leave. Sent my experience to Wendy's already. Place has gone downhillreally fast. Shame, I liked it but I will find another. Read more
A burger from Wendy's has it's own delicious unique flavor, as to where their buns are buttered, but only slightly. ???? I can... honestly say, here the vegetables are crisp and clean, for the fries, they are good when hot and fresh, but I must say, I missthe thick cut fries that Wendy's use to have. The staff was friendly here, I didn't feel rushed, their frosty are delicious. Iwould recommend this particular Wendy's to anyone who loves the franchise ???? Read more
Absolutely disgusting. They served my daughter and I RAW chicken sandwiches. The service was slow AF on top of the RAW CHICKEN.... The entire staff needs to be fired. They are going to kill people serving food like this. 0 stars. Read more
I tried repeatedly to go thru drive thru and order food and the wait staff refused to take my order because it didn't ring up to... the level they wanted. This one Asian woman told me to get the hell off the property. I'm glad they are in bankruptcy, theydeserve it. Read more
Had someone named Jeremy late at night take care of us and he was super patient. Literally gave us all the names of the HiCs and... was just helpful overall since i didn?t know the menu. That?s very hard to come by these days as of lately, a lot of drivethrough attendants can be very rude so i appreciated the nice change of pace for once. I appreciate you! Read more
Worst experience ever! The guy at the drive through i think is on drugs and couldn't understand what he was saying manager... standing right next to him said nothing!! My food doesn't look right and didn't eat it !!!! I'm so mad !!! You be the judge onthe pictures looks a Lil on the raw side to me never going back there again! Read more
Unfortunately this Wendy's has had staffing problems since the pandemic started and hasn't been able to recover. The workers are... nice, but the food quality has gone really downhill. My burger was barely warm and Frosty was like a milkshake and just coolduring this last visit. The employees deserve our kindness. It is not their fault. They are overworked and trying their best.
