Very disappointed. My wife wanted to try the bacon pretzel burger because of the pretzel bun and the cheeses, but can't eat the... bacon due to an interesting food allergy. She ordered it without bacon, and it was still served with the bacon on it. When shebrought it to the attention of the manager, he was rather cavalier about it with a weak apology and offered to replace it. Tominimize the problem with the next sandwich, she ordered a simple burger that couldn't be screwed up. Find another Wendy's,folks. This is NOT the first incident like this at this location. I bought a two burgers on 10/16/2022. A Sunday night. My friend and I ate and the next day both of us were sick. Stomach cramps,... feeling like a boulder was sitting in our stomachs. Nausea. We got food poisoning. Please, follow food safety guidelines anddon?t try and use outdated products because you want to get bonuses on having a good food to inventory ratio. I don?t want tohave to miss work again and be sick as a dog. Even if you don?t get bonuses, I?m sure you get some type of accolade. Maybe itwas just laziness and you cut corners. I have not been to a Wendy?s for about 2 years , so thought I would try it for lunch .I used the drive thru . I was asked for my... order, I said could I have a minute. There was no one if front of me and no one behind me . When I said I was ready to order ,the person said oh , can you give me a minute. I ordered a single hamburger meal no tomatoes with a Diet Coke . When I got homeI found a spicy chicken sandwich with tomatoes and old dry fries and the coke was not diet . I DO NOT like anything spicy andthe fries were uneditable. So for 13 dollars I got a Coke . Threw away the sandwich and fries . Won?t be back . Read more
Stopped by for a frosty and the lady at the window had the worst attitude and customer service!! She had an ear bud in her ear... and when I asked for napkins...she rolls her eyes. She never greeted me or thanked me or even told me how much my total wasbefore charging my card....someone needs to brush her up on customer service ???? Read more
Who do they have up in here at night. Never have I been to a place where I sit in or wait for service for over a half hour. No... one inside. 1 person in front of me who didn't even order cause the were out of grilled chicken. Got out of drive thru and wentinside. I went through the drive thru today everything was good just had 1 order wrong I told the manager at the drive thru, yes I was... upset bc I almost gave my smallest spicy nuggets which I didn't order in the first place but she was very rude & try to arguewith me which I don't take very well but I did have my kids with so try to blow it off pull up to the window & she avoids mesending different employees which they handled it very well even after her telling them to hand me back the nuggets to throwaway" ? Yes I heard you. But thankfully they disposed of it in the trash can that was in plain sight I'm surprised how she iseven a manager with her gross rude attitude I will be going again maybe next time she can be more professional. I just went through the drive thru and I was trying to order. But one of the women kept interrupting me while I was trying to... order! And because she kept interrupting me, she didn?t even hear me say that I wanted certain things and she got my orderwrong! She was extremely rude! This place sucks big time. Customer service does not exist, Manager by the name of Maria is the worst I have ever met, believe... me, that means something, I am in customer service as a Supervisor.
