Worst Wendy?s I?ve been to. Waited in the drive thru line for probably 20 min. When I got up to the speaker, I waited for... literally 5 min before they even said anything. Cashier was rude and short with me. Pulled up to the window to pay and they hadto have me pull into the parking spot and bring me my food and drinks. We love Wendy?s, but do better! There is no Senior presence there. A bunch of young people - NO GUIDANCE!! I wonder if cooperate knows what's going on a night.... Customers shout through the intercom system trying to get the attention of the server who is dancing in plain view shaking andgyrating all over the cash register like a hoochie - JUST SADDING. The young Hispanic female cashier was sooo nice. I asked for the wifi password, the manager Bobby was EXTREMELY RUDE!! She was... very unprofessional and snapped at me about the wifi. While I dine, I noticed just about every drive thru customers were comingin complaining about their orders. Bobby was rude to them as well. Maybe she needs some days off. I was passing through town and stopped at this location for lunch and it seemed really busy so I hesitated but went on and... placed a order.. my order was all correct, hot and it took no time to receive it. The staff were positive in a busy environmentbut one employee that stood out was Lisa. She had the most positive energy and was so polite. Being around a person like thatis infections. I drove back to work with a happy belly and happy soul because of Lisa. Read more

Girl taking my order wasn?t friendly at all. They didn?t have any pennies in the register so I didn?t receive all my change... back. No ice in the machines no diet soda no ketchup. Poorly maintained location. Bathroom is filthy. Parking lot is filthytrash everywhere. Some employees were in the lobby having a very load conversation and they were cursing very loud and I wastrying to enjoy a meal with my 8 year old daughter. She couldn?t even finish her food she wanted to leave because she wasuncomfortable because of all the profanity that was being shouted by the employees in the lobby while we were eating. Foid was well prepared but the only downside was the drink machine,it tasted like it needed a deep clean.
