Always takes forever to order and whenever I get my food 99 percent of the time it's always the wrong order and cold, when I... correct them they tend to be rude and still get the order wrong. The old lady at the register tends to make me hurry up andorder quickly with attitude telling me to hurry and order. Lastly, they always run out of ice. Read more
Walked in and was not greeted. Waited 10+ minutes to order and I didn?t even get anything because I got annoyed of waiting and... left. Manager looked like she couldn?t care less that there were customers to tend to. First visit was 4 Stars yesterday Latricia was The most Pleasant and respectful Lady in Drive Thru I have ever encountered. Very... well Mannered. Food was hot and Enjoyable. Today however my sons are up late and wanted a snack, location was to be open until1 am. But the crew took the Driver in front of us order and then told us they were closed when we drove up. Yet no signssignified closing early. Employee stated GM Jessica (I believe) told them to close early. Read more
Ordered two hot honey chicken biscuits . Both were super dry and little to no hot honey on them at all. The reddish brown spot... was all the hot honey they put. Waste of money. Truly disappointed in this location. Read more
The drive thru lane always has long wait times in the evening. For dinner you're going to be there for awhile, maybe 30 minutes.... The DT order taker will take an order, the car would pull to the window then the next car will drive up to the speaker and wouldhave to wait like 5 minutes to place their order and so on with the next car. I don't know if they do this to get cars to driveoff or what but I've seen it and I've wanted to drive off myself. Most people would see a long line and the wait time and justdrive off. I enjoy eating Wendy's but I hate the wait times and with gas prices pfft forget it. Read more
I've been waiting for Wendy's breakfast for about a year now I've been working next door for them so yeah definitely have to get... it drive-thru is open and they also do delivery services check your local providers doordash Postmates cetera they got biscuitand gravy which is off the chart the service is fast and prompt.
