Ordered online, payment took, suggested I show up at 8:45-9:00. I arrive at 8:50. I tell them the name for my order and they... state that they don't have an order for that name. They go on to state that sometimes their online orders mess up as if this canfix anything. I had to reorder my order, and wait an additional 30 mins to receive my order. Not once was an apology offered norwas I offered anything to drink for the inconvenience. Why have online ordering if the option is unreliable? THE FOOD WAS COLDAS WELL, HOW ? IF THEY JUST MADE IT! Mac and cheese bites so cheesy, Velveeta is jealous. A juicy burger with flavor hugged by soft buns. Delicately dilled pickles... nestled into crisp lettuce with a red slice of ripe tomato. Onion rings thicker than my thighs, perfectly breaded. Thesedelectable treats hit my jaded tounge and reminded my mouth that romance exists in burger form. I enjoyed the juicy cheeseburger here the fiery bacon burger was excellent cool setup like an old diner and really convenient... location for us right next to main event. Milkshakes were also on point and staff was very helpful. Read more
We enjoyed the atmosphere and my fiery fries but my teens didn?t love the cheesy and chicken blt - said they didn?t have much... flavor. All were disappointed they were out of macaroni and cheese! Hubby said he loved his classic burger and would order againand the oreo min milkshake paired perfectly! Food was sitting there the whole time. My entire lunch break was over when I decided to go see the status of my order since the... restaurant was not busy at all . Only myself and one other family who was already eating their food when I walked in. It?sdefinitely not the first or second time this has happened but I keep trying to give this restaurant a chance because the food isreally good. But the customer service is not there at all? turns out my food was sitting there the whole time in the kitchen.Normally they call my name when the order is ready but not this time. It was just sitting in the kitchen getting cold. If I could pack this place in a travel bag and take it home I would! I could eat a burger from here everyday! I had the avocado... burger twice but wanted to try all of them just didn't have the time in town. First time I didn't even get a chance to take apicture and the second time was close. I had Wayback burger for the first time today, and I was excited as I heard some people talking about this burger joint. I love... burgers, so why not try them today, as I cannot live work due to training. I was so disappointed when I received my burger. Thetaste could be better, I ordered bacon and paid extra, and I didn't have any. I called them to let them know they forgot to addit, and I was told to come back, and they will give me the bacon free of charge! It's not free of charge if I already paid forit! I don't think I would ever go back to Wayback burger. please go somewhere else. Read more
