Beautiful restaurant. Service was fine. Food was very average. We came in for the 5.99 Tuesday enchiladas or chicken tacos... special. We had a plate of each. Enchiladas were ok but lacking in flavor. Chicken tacos were better but water logged, making amushy mess. Rice and beans are similar story. Nothing to make them stand out. Salsa had an off taste almost moldy flavor.Maybe the tomatoes were not fresh. Even at 5.99 not sure we will return. Had high hopes. 4 star because it was not terrible forthe price. Just very plain. Beautiful opportunity.. But they are NOT taking advantage of it. Food was very average, No Chips & Salsa unless you ordered it.... I can absolutely understand charging for refills on chips, but the way they do it completely "ruins the mood!" They have noatmosphere of festive Hispanic food. We used to like this place but won?t be going back at all. We saw a sign on our table that read chips are no longer free unless... you order some queso or guacamole. We ordered a ?large guacamole? which turned out to be a small portion of mashed avocado(flavorless). The water tasted awful, what I would imagine toilet water tastes like. Margaritas were water down, and our secondround took so long, they arrived well after we were done with our food. I had to send it back as I no longer wanted it. Food wasvery bland!
