So good. Their crawfish Cajun fried rice was the bomb. You have to try it. The crab ragoons had crab and cream cheese. Most... places now just cream cheese. Not sure why they are not busier. Lunch special was all also good deal. The owner was nice andeven threw in Chinese rolls. I can't eat them but hubby said they were good. They are open 11-3pm for lunch then 5-9pm fordinner. Vietnamese Spring Rolls are BOMB! Grilled Beef OR Pork Vermicelli is delicious! If you order a sandwich it’s best to pay for... extra meat! So yummy. Pad Thai needs more flavor. Pho is good! My first time eating at Vietnamese Express was an amazing experience. The Beef ribs with rice were excellent. I expected the... ribs would be tough and overcooked as I've experienced in other Vietnamese restaurants. They were extremely tender and served ina sauce that was flavorful without being overbearing. This is one of our favorite places to eat! The couple that owns the restaurant is so kind and they make incredibly fresh food.... We have never been disappointed.
