Reviews for Urban Bricks Kitchen, Rivercenter in San Antonio, TX
The service was lazy and lathargic. The pizza was horribly bland and had very few toppings. The best thing was the Dr. Pepper.
I got a spinach pizza. It was the best pizza I\'ve ever ate! The crew was working hard as well. Manager seemed to have her stuff... together and was super nice. I\'ll definitely be back!\nThank y\'all! Read more
I have ordered from this place few times starting when they opened couple months ago. First couple orders pizza and pasta was... burnted. I figured its their first couple weeks and people are being trained and let it slide.\n\nBut quality didn\'t reallyimprove much since opening and very inconsistent quality. Food is randomly burnt some of the days.\n\nToday there was a longblonde hair in my pasta as pictured. I have black hair so it can\'t be mine. Had to throw away the whole pasta indisgust.\n\nPlease train your staff properly with cooking and sanitation Read more
In town and this place was close so we went by to pick up some lunch. For 2 adults and 1 toddler (youngest has a host of food... allergies and due to the high possibility of cross contamination plus how busy it was, we didn?t try getting anything for himhere), we got a large (14 inches) with 2 toppings and a 10? with just cheese. No sauce on either as ALL their sauces containonion and garlic.\n\nNot bad and good size. The crust is good; nothing soggy or overall hard but could be chewier. Despite nosauce, it was well seasoned. I wonder how salty it would be if we had sauce on the pizzas. There was a slight wait for the ordersince there was a line, but not terrible. Staff was nice and attentive.\n\nThe biggest complaint goes back to contamination. They used the same pizza cutter for ALL the pizzas. We had the only vegetarian pizzas that came out while there and the ladykept on using the same red handled pizza cutter. I saw a spotless green-handled cutter in a tipped over cup next to the cuttingand packing station, which I assume are meant for meatless pies. Good thing I didn?t order anything for the youngest! Also, considering how I paid $4 extra for 2 toppings, I felt they were a bit stingy with it. I forgot to take a picture of the wholepizza before half was eaten by hubby, but just imagine the other side had the same sprinkling of toppings.\n\nMy impression?Pretty decent - not to mention convenient? but has room for improvement. As for value? $6.50 for the 10?, cheese only pizza waspretty reasonable. But the 14? with a smattering of toppings was not worth $16.50. Read more

This pizza has a good taste. For some the crust may have a small after taste but nothing to be concerned about. Cheese is good... along with the sauce. This would be a glorified Subway pizza but better quality. Give it a shot! Read more
