We recently had True Texas BBQ cater a family birthday celebration. The manager, Ja'Nette, could not have been more pleasant,... knowledgeable, and efficient to work with. The whole experience was made easy by Ja'Nette and her entire team. She deliveredthe order to our home, on a Sunday, on time and with a smile on her face. The entire dinner was packaged well and not a thingwas missing. Most guests enjoyed the BBQ, while a few of us felt it was a bit too spicy...brisket, beans and potato salad allhad the same "kick"! This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but after the change to True TX BBQ they changed the menu & got rid of a lot of... great food & Gluten friendly options. Second the food was awful. I ordered the three meat platter with potato salad & sweetcorn & the meats were all INSANELY spicy. The potato salad tasted like it was made with pickle juice & the corn was alsospicy. To boot the fountain drink machine was out of order but at least they made that up my giving us free cans ofsoda. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the food here and I felt it was a waste of money. Definitely not the place to go ifyou want "True Texas BBQ" unless you are a fan of food covered in pepper.
