Great Mexican food. The menu has grown since they opened and that was my only complaint early on. The Verde sauce is... perfection! We were in a search to find something we could all agree on, on our way to the airport to pick up family and we sure are glad we... stopped in Tlahco!!! Our server Leo was fantastic ???????????? there was live music playing, and the food was authentic Mexicanofood which makes my soul so happy! A slightly different take on Mexican food. Closer to traditional style, but with a good amount of spice available. The bistek... street tacos were really good. My husband had the Enmoladas the sauce was delicious and Sope De Pastor. I had Pollo Al Carbon amazing. The chicken was tender... juicy and delicious we will be back again. While traveling to San Antonio on business. I was recommended to Tlahco by a local and I must say this was an authentic Mexican... restaurant. I'm not certain if this is the only location. However, it recently opened near hwy 281 in North Central San Antonio.I ordered bistec nachos, torta, and sope and my colleagues ordered different dishes. The orchata is delicious if you like Aguasfrescas. This spot is legit and a must try. Read more
