Server forgot her notepad 2 take our order & didn?t knw the menu. We waited 4ever for our apps. We didn?t get our waters we... asked 4 twice until after we?d already eaten our apps which were cold. The Texas torpedoes cheese was not even melted so we hadto send back 2x. Waiter offered choice of waffle or curly fries & brought steak fries. Went Friday for Burger week. Had the macaroni and cheese hamburgers with onion rings. The hamburger was very average. The onion... rings were greasy and the batter was coming off the onion. The waiter did have a drink menu available for us. He didn't haveanything to write with, so he kept going back and forth to get things we already asked him for. I had wanted to check out The Well before but somehow never did. Today, while looking at the Restaurant Week participants, I was... reminded of The Well again. We thought to check it out tonight for dinner and definitely was a great choice! For happy hour,they have the Deep Eddy and Jack Daniels for $4. I first got the Madras and my husband got the Jack and Coke. To stay on thehealthier side, I ordered the Stuffed Portabella which came with a Mediterranean orzo salad. So good! My husband had the MarketFish which was a perfectly-cooked baramundi with lots of veggies. My husband ranks this along with other fine dining fish he'shad. I got the Jalapeno creamed corn and sautéed vegetables. So much good food! I'm looking forward to bringing my Dad here totry the fish and chips. Unfortunately, we didn't have room to try the desserts. Next time, we'll need to make room. Greatoutdoor space for social distancing and live music to resume soon after football season. Must visit! Well . Hmm . We must of came at a weird time. It was very dead . Very few people seemed to be working there and I don't know the... food was not very good. I had seen the amazing pictures of food but it was over seasoned wings and under seasoned burger. Great beers on tap! Comfortable, friendly environment. Very welcoming to all types of folks. The service is good but the menu is... the star of the show! Their restaurant week menu is just exceptional but their weekly brunch and dinner menus are far abovepar!! Just delicious. I come here FOR THE KING RANCH CHICKEN.
