Moon's Daughters is a perfect lounge to lounge. It's a great spot if you want to impress a date or literally just enjoy a view.... That view is spectacular because from their terrace you'll experience one of the best sunset views in San Antonio. The drinksare something to be desired. They're fine at best, but fine isn't nearly good enough when you're a downtown rooftop bar. So comefor the atmosphere, get as simple a drink as possible, and you'll have a good time. Read more

A date night must. So worth the ambience alone! Drinks were spot on. Bar master can make anything you ask for! Food was also... amazing! Loved this roof top bar. It's in 20th floor of Hotel Thompson. There are two sides one is mainly for bar and another is for bar... and dine in. Prices are reasonable and staff is very good. A most excellent place on the top of the Thompson hotel in San Antonio. Great views, semi friendly staff (we had a slightly... distracted waiter, but good enough), interesting menu makes this a must visit for locals and out of towners alike. Theinterpretation of panzanella was a bit clunky to eat but good, the octopus sublime (potatoes were weirdly chewy but had greatflavor) and the beets perfectly roasted (tender, yet with a bite). The atmosphere did not disappoint! Our server kept our drinks flowing all night, and the DJ was on point! This bar has amazing... views, delicious drinks (best green tea shots I have ever had in San Antonio) and good company. Do yourself a favor and make areservation here, it won?t disappoint. Read more
