Had a great experience!! Shaggy was the best waiter for my birthday experience even as a mom, because I love to see my kids... laugh????Great food, large portions. Salad bar was cool. Like 3.5 stars. We visited here when my daughter was 10. She is now 22. We wanted to visit with HER daughter and were not... completely disappointed. The restaurant is OLD and really should be shut down for a renovation but this is one of those placesyou go for the experience and not necessarily the food......HOWEVER we were so impressed with our food this time. I don'tremember the food being this good last visit. It was ON POINT. The only thing we were really disappointed in this time was thesmoking drink for one of the kids. It seemed to have fizzled out by the time it got to the table, but they did some sort offoamy, sudsy thing at the end of the meal that the kids enjoyed. And, it was too hot. We weren't dying like some of the reviewsfrom July, but we were ready to get out of there. It was not a comfortable temperature at all. We had Napoleon Dynamite. He wasawesome. We got to see Elvis too!! We will go again when we visit SA and pray the temperature is more comfortable and that theyhave at least redone the floors! Read more

Amazing service! Wonderful experience! A must for any birthday celebration or when you just need a little pick me upper! The... staff was AMAZING! From the front check in to the end! Our host Forest Gump was the best! Loved it!! We have loved in SanAntonio all our lives and never made the time to come here! Will DEFINITELY come back next week! Fun place to bring children for an interactive evening or to celebrate a birthday. Came here with a party of 10 on a Saturday... night and it was only about a 20 minute wait. Many different characters from tv shows, cartoons, movies, etc... that stay incharacter the entire time. Although you have a dedicated server in character, all the other characters make the rounds to everytable. The kids even receive an autograph book they can ask all the characters to sign. There's many different themed sittingareas and decorations throughout the restaurant. For birthdays, they have many variations of birthday songs and many characterscome over to sing. The children have fun drinking the "magic potion" and even washing their hands at the end with the bubblysoap. Food was good, but you're coming here for the entertainment. Read more

My husband and I loved this place! The atmosphere is so much fun. All employees are different characters and the keep in... character the whole time. Our server was, Bubbles from The Power Puff Girls. She was adorable. The food was really good too.They're only open for about 4 hours. Truly the best part of San Antonio. My family had a hard day and the people here really turned it around for them. The turned a... normal dinner experience into a real family memory. Tinker bell went above and beyond. We haven't laughed so hard as a familylike this in a long time. There was a face painter who did a great job. My youngest really likes batman and has been wearing thecape for a bit. Robin went out of his way to make him feel welcome and happy even thou he wasn't our server.
