Great location. Fast and very courteous service? the staff there are really polite. The coffee is pretty good, not excellent.... The only negative: they always ask for a tip. Why do that to a customer? There?s a tip jar right there. Hopefully the generalmanager pays a fair wage to the employees, and already priced it in. Stop asking for gratuity, that?s just bad business. Edit(October 2022): this location improved their credit card terminal, and associates no longer ask customers if they want to leavea tip. Appreciate that they changed this, so I modified my rating! Great friendly staff - Loved my Okie Dokie confirming my order - Wonderful aroma of fresh coffee as we pulled up to the window. ... Damaris was happy to talk all things Pacific Northwest and coffee! Y'all this place is fantastic. The coffee is strong and the espresso is delicious????. I haven't been to Starbucks in over a... year now due to their business practices, employees lack of enthusiasm and the coffee being burnt trash. So I had have made itmy mission to try every other coffee spot near and around my beautiful city (locally owned most importantly) to support! Irecently drove by this place and decided to try it out. This New Human Bean location on Bulverde Rd is not officially open for business until Friday Aug 5th 2022. The store is... training new employees therefore does not have regular store hours but are nice enough to give FREE drinks if you catch themduring training. I went thru the drive-thru and ordered a Frappuccino. The presentation was fabulous with a chocolate coveredcoffee bean topping your cup. The service was fantastic and the drink was delicious.
