Honeybaked Ham is always great! They have a clean, bright, and well run place. Their food offerings, (obviously centered and... oriented around ham,) are always delicious! It's a little bit expensive but not bad considering their consistent quality andexcellent flavor. If you don't want to deviate from your families tried and true holiday far or just aren't sure about takingthat chance at Thanksgiving or Christmas, try it out any other time first. I ordered online for delivery and picked my date after hours on Friday. It wasn?t until I received the email confirmation that... it stated the order could be a day later, which would mean after Christmas. I called Monday during business hours and thecustomer service agent said they would not cancel or change the order. Her manager advised us to dispute the charge with ourbank because they wouldn?t change the order. Why do you have customer service if you aren?t willing to do anything? Also seemsridiculous you cannot cancel an order that was placed one day before. I will not be giving them my business ever again. Read more

We always get our Honey Baked Ham here for Thanksgiving. Two caveats, however; 1. If you order online, you will stand in a very... long line to get your ham. If you just call in your order, go to the side of their store and you will be in a shorter line. 2.If they don't have a large ham ready for you, they will offer you two smaller ones, which is fine, but the two hams will costmore than the one large ham, unless you ask them to charge you the 1-ham price, and then, they'll usually adjust the priceaccordingly. My experience started off on the wrong foot. I ordered a very big order through uber eats and all of my food wasn't there. I... found the number to the store and called the young man that answered knew exactly what I was talking and and took it uponhimself to bring me the rest of my order and I must say in the 20min time frame that he said thank you so much for making myson's birthday the best this was all he wanted for his birthday dinner. Horrible experience, I ordered 3 sandwiches, my sandwich?s had barely any meat and absolutely no sauce just a dry bread with a... little meat. We had to eat dry sandwiches that consisted mostly of bread. This is our second time at this location. The firstexperience was great, the sandwiches were full and tasty, this time was dry and nasty. The employee was rushing because she wasthe only worker, taking order by phone and in person, making the sandwiches and making delivery?s as she stated.
