I requested flour tortillas be cooked a little more ( tostadas) which h they did. Some places will not do. Wife had menudo (... was good) and they asked what condiments she wanted with it. I.E. lime, onions, cilantro, etc. Carne guessed was good, as waspotatoes n egg and bean n cheese! Over all. I recommend this place. Oh waitress checked on us and refilled coffee! Read more

I ordered the large pozole and it was good, but warm, I prefer my pozole piping hot. My hubby ordered 2 flour tortilla tacos,... one barbacoa (ok taste) needed more seasoning for flavor, and the potato, chorizo and egg (scrambled) but it wasnt(taco wasok). Pancake special was good, bigh enough for 2 kids to share. Our friends enjoyed the chilaquiles and barbacoa corn tortillastacos. I prefer Sandra's Mex Cuisine over this place. Read more

Busy, with amazing flavors, great prices and most importantly authentic Mexican yum!! This place is busy and with good reason. ... There is just nothing better then authentic Mexican food. All three of us enjoyed our meals but the real winner here was themini tacos. My son got them and loved him. He is 21 and is a hard sell on many things but these he loved.... raised in SanDiego he also knows good Mexican food... in the Navy he's been stuck in the Midwest with inferior Mexican food and now he getsto enjoy some authentic Mexican food for the next 4-6 months... friendly and attentive waitresses, food always arrives quickly, serves menudo every day and its light and good tasting. I liked... the chorizo and egg plate, potatoes were crispy and fresh i asked for ketchup and ate em first. I been eating here 1-2 times amonth for 2 years and never had a dislike on food or service. If you're vegetarian do not go here. They will mess up your order over half of the time. Bacon in the beans, eggs when you... didn't ask for them, it's so annoying. The food isn't bad but it's actually almost funny how often they mess up the ordersexcept for the fact I miss out on breakfast when they mess up.
