This taco cabana is the worst one in San Antonio and you can tell by the lack of service. Once again I pull up to order despite... the several bad experiences I?ve had here. I just had a Taco Cabana adventure. After ordering a Shredded Chicken Burrito through drive I got home and began eating it.... Halfway through my burrito I only tasted beans and shredded lettuce? so I continued on! Now at the end of the folds of flourtortilla still only shredded lettuce and beans. I checked my bag to see if the chicken somehow fell out (jk) but still nochicken. Oh well, it serves me right for ordering a burrito at Taco Cabana. Read more

Very good, got the chicken fajita quesadilla and split it with my wife. Was ridiculously fresh which was a surprise. And tasted... delicious. We also took advantage of their many flavor margaritas. Which were ice cold and very refreshing. Definitely was agreat stop in for a quick lunch. Read more

100% guaranteed to mess up your order from the time you place it to the 5 seconds it takes to drive up to the window. Truly... astounding incompetence! Out of the 15 breakfasts ordered in the past two months, my order has been incorrect half of thetime!! The guy from the morning crew(employee 24337) working the window gives zero ducks! Service was OVER THE TOP poor. I?m afraid to go back into the line for the third time because I worry about having my food... messed with. First I made an order and they repeated it back to me more than once, only to get four things wrong (no ice in tea,no cilantro provided, shredded chicken tacos came as ground beef soft tacos, and a bean and cheese was left off the order evenafter repeating it). My friend also ordered sopapillas and asked for both dulce de leche and honey, didn?t get any honey. Wentback into the line, got a plastic bowl with three shredded chicken HARD tacos so my mouth can match the chicken?s condition. Imust have said the words ?shredded chicken soft taco? more than six times by now. Get a slight attitude to go with all this,being waved off after the second time thru.
