Tacos were OKAY. Ordered 2 potato and egg, got charged for and served 2 bacon and egg, even after repeating potato and egg at... the window. After checking my bag, which had the wrong order, I was still charged the extra for bacon and egg, as they quicklygrabbed 2 potato and egg tacos from a pre-made box, no salsa was offered or given. Rosie I can't believe you're the manager. I came in for a margarita. I wanted lime she said she was giving me strawberry. I... said No I don't like strawberry. She made a face and rolled her eyes at me. She made a lime margarita. It was mainly crushedice only 1/2 way filled. And she tried saying that's how they make them. Lady I go there at least twice a month. Don't tell methat's how you make margaritas. You need to retire if you hate your job so much. I'm going in again and you better act rightand professional or there will be consequences. I feel bad for your employees I could tell they're intimidated by you. Theywere afraid to give me your name. If you knew better you'd do better. This place needs a new manager that's a people person.You're burnt out. Read more
READ THIS! LOL So got my order wrong took it back they replaced it correctly. Nice about too. But they told me they recycle... food. I said if you are going to throw it away.... I'll take it. She says "oh no sir we will save it for the next one who ordersa bowl". I confirmed and asked again she says yes. So keep in mind they you may be getting reheated and recycled food that otherpeople may have touched(like me I touched it). I called corporate and they weren't really concerned. They were really niceabout it. Gave me a refund less the taxes. I think she wasn't supposed to tell me and the manager was clearly upset. Most likelyit was the owner that put him up to it. I ordered 2 Beef Fajita Tacos with Guacamole and 20 minutes later still no Tacos. I went back and they apparently forgot to make... them, so they made them but they were cold. They remade them again but the meat was warm. Very bad experience!! Read more
My wife got this for lunch!!! ???? This is the Nachos, with Extra Cheese! Pictures are truly worth a thousand words! If this is... what they serve now as fit for human consumption that we have no idea what edible is supposed to look like here! This is simplynot acceptable. Things seem to really be going downhill fast for this franchise and i personally would never eat there againwith so many good homemade choices in SA. She went back afterwards to speak to Rosemary the manager, and was promised anotherone and got the exact same plate that looked just as bad, and still no extra cheese!! They need to retrain all their employeesor find people who care about doing their jobs!! Something really needs to change and fast!! Read more

Food is good, service was friendly and fast. That didn't translate into a good taco. No effort in putting the taco together and... to be charged for an once of guacamole and to get the tiny gumdrop was dissatisfying. Read more
