So I ordered from TC for my brother's celebration of life party. Once I got there the food was sort of slacked all over and one... box was an ooozing mess which had totally trashed the table so I and a friend quickly went to work cleaning, sorting and openingand setting the buffet. It wasn't a huge surprise that beans had spilled but we thought how sloppy. They were all wrapped sowell. At that very moment I turned my phone back on from it being off during the service and a VM and several missed callspopped up. It was TC apologizing! They called to say they had offered to replace but the delivery guy was in too big a hurry andrefused to wait after HE had spilled the beans. All I can say is it was excellent that TC got out front and TRIED to make thingsa little better for us especially on a tuff day anyway. For that, I thank you Taco Cabana! Way to CS.
