They always miss something on my order. They never answer the phone when I call to pick up, and don't seem to start mobile... orders until you call instead of the time picked on the app. Tonight, they dropped every ball. The bowl I ordered was missingrice, beans, and lettuce. *The entire order of personal mixed fajitas was missing.* When the server brought the bowl out byitself, I saw on the attached receipt the fajitas order. They ran back in and returned with fajita tacos. I pointed out theerror and to check the ticket. They came back out with a few more containers and I decided to cut my losses. I get home andfind I have fajita meat, but no tortillas or fixings. If you're ordering mobile, you're better off going to another Cabana. This one's a waste of time. Read more

My guilty pleasure in Texas. Queso is so good with the fajita tacos. The meat is definitely skimpy these days so maybe ordering... extra would be good. Get some tacos and a large queso and dip away. Yummmm. Read more

The POS system was down which slowed service a bit. No big deal. I waited for about 10 minutes before my order was taken. They... hand wrote my order of 8 tacos, all chorizo and egg, 4 in corn tortillas and 4 in flour. After waiting about 20 more minutes themanager came to the table where we were waiting and very rudely asked what we ordered. He walked back to the kitchen. Another 10minutes go by and the manager comes back to our table, throws my bag on the table, and walked away without saying a word. Gothome, under 5 minutes away, to find all the tacos were in corn tortillas, all were cold and most with broken tortillas. Remadeall the tortillas at home. $16 for tacos I had to wait 40 minutes for only to have to remake them at home. Read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the absolute worst experience I?ve ever had at any restaurant. It was a rather... busy Saturday lunch service so I decided to go inside to place my order. There was a line of about 4 people in front of me and Inoticed that the cashier was having a hard time entering the orders. I?m assuming that he was new and questioned why they wouldhave him in that position on such a busy shift. When it was my turn, I placed my order which was not complicated and paid. Ilooked at my receipt and noticed that it was completely wrong so I went back up and manager fixed it but I still don?t think themath was right, it is what it is. The restaurant was absolutely filthy, the floors were sticky and gross and every table wasdirty. That should?ve been my first indication not to order from there. Originally my order number was 15 and after the manager?fixed?my order, I was now number 23. I mentioned that to him and he said that he would still get my order out in the 15thposition in line. I waited over 40 minutes for an order of nachos and a quesadilla. I?m normally a pretty patient person but bythis time I was upset. I had asked for red salsa to be put in the bag because the salsa bar did not have any of it stocked. Theyalso didn?t have cups and lids. After 40 or so minutes the manager apologized and put my food on the counter for me to pick upbut it was still incomplete. I was not given the extra guacamole I had paid for nor did they give me the sour cream that camewith those menu items. The bag was empty of salsa. By this time someone has stocked salsa on the bar but there were still nocups or lids. I asked the manager to please put some salsa in the bag knowing that they have it ready for the drive-through inthe back but he told me to get it off the bar. I found this to be so incredibly inappropriate since I had already been waitingand now I had to wait for someone to stock cups and lids. I will never, ever visit this location Read more

I normally don't write reviews; however, went to Taco Cabana today and was in drive thru for 50 minutes. We inquired what was... going on and the young man said we are understaffed. We commended him for his composure and enjoyed the meal. To Taco Cabana,please offer a bonus to these three individuals, they worked today. Read more

I was so hopeful. I wanted them to be better. Ok it was rough during the Pandemic but now we're rolling again, right? Well they... finally got the salsa bar refilled so that's a plus. Also the margaritas are back to normal. But I ordered at 5:06pm. I stilldidn't have my food at 5:30pm so I asked them to check on it. She couldn't find out what happened to my order #3 so she made meanother. And they weren't busy! Look at it. Pathetic. The restaurant is so dirty. I finally called corporate. So sad. Read more

Ordered food and didn?t get what I had ordered. Told me after I paid ?oh, we don?t have that? and then offered me something... that looked like it was pulled out of a trash can. It was disgusting. The tacos I ate were gross and made me sick. This isNOT the first time I had a bad experience at this one. But that will be the last time I ever order food from there. We ordered chicken and steak fajita quesadillas. There was maybe a few spoon fulls of meat and little to no cheese on the... quesadillas. We are super disappointed. We apparently paid for crackers. Read more
