Taco Cabana has been hit or miss with quality levels all over. So I don't judge TC as a brand as much as I judge it location to... location. This location hit! The atmosphere was great. It smelled like food and the team in the kitchen handled the lunch crowdlike pros. The ingredients were cooked correctly, my food came out fresh and hot, and I didn't pay an arm and a leg! Service was a little slow but the food is really good, overall pretty good, however I think they should start making ?Mexican... pizzas? like Taco Bell they have all the ingredients and the Quesadilla box could be used for the pizza as well! Read more

I had not visited Taco Cabana (at any location) in over 3 years. I finally decided to go and I ordered carne gusida tacos via... the drive thru. When I open my tacos I photographed how empty they were. I spoke to someone at the restaurant and they saidthat's usually how they come. I was told they have no control over that. I do understand that we are going through inflation buta $4 taco such as this should have a decent amount of meat in it. I went back again to give the business another try and Iordered a smothered burrito with chicken fajita. The chicken fajita had been cut into cubes and sprinkled on top. They shouldhave named it a "rice burrito" because the entire thing was a big ball of rice wrapped in a tortilla. It had much more rice thanany other ingredient (including the chicken fajita that was lightly sprinkled on top) So I will not be returning to any TacoCabana again because its too expensive for the amount of product you receive. Food was good but it took too long to get a margarita during down time (around 3ish) because the nice gentleman behind the... counter didn't know how to make them, which we understood, so he went to ask a female manager for help, but she was busy talkingwith another employee at a table, for another 10 minutes or so... and the AC was either not working or they purposely had it setto 80, making it very uncomfortable in there. Went through drive thru. Only 3 cars ahead of us. When arriving at window the young lady had great customer service. We waited... for approximately 10 minutes for our order of 2 cabana bowls. They were very bad. Bowls were cold and tasted like they had beensitting in burned oil for couple of hours. Read more

Received my two chicken flauta plates as if they had been dropped on the floor. Ridiculous, this restaurant has no sort of... standards when it comes to food preparation, this is the way they send out food. Chicken flautas were way over cooked, chickenwas so dry, and rice was hard as if it had been sitting. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times phone just keeps ringing.Definitely will not be returning. Read more
