Ordered online, and a complicated order where I?m removing things from some burritos and adding stuff to others (due to kids... lol). I?m used to fast food order?s always being wrong but not here. Going to kiss everyone in this Taco Bell on the lips. A different Taco Bell made my vegetarian order with meat I came to this... one and not only did they remake it for free they gave me a drink and a side for free. They?re always super nice aboutcorrecting orders. Love them. Read more
Adrianna at the drive thru window on Thursday Sept 1st at around 630pm, was friendly & she greeted me with kindness. When I... asked if this restaurant offered military discount she politely said yes. Most restaurants in San Antonio their employees frownwhen I ask if they offer military discounts. Consistently messing up orders then arguing they didn't. This is the 4th bad experiance out of 5 visits, so i think its time to... give it up. Its a shame because they are so close to home. Never had so much trouble with a taco bell it's almost worth drivinganother 15 min to the next one in rush hour traffic. Read more
They messed up every part of my order. First, I placed my order online, an hour early. The app says that they won't begin making... the order until you check in at the drive thru, but they made it an hour early, as indicated on the receipt, resulting in thefood being cold and soggy. Then they messed up my order in every way they possibly could. I got hot sauce instead of fire sauce,I got a burrito instead of a taco, I got a regular taco instead of a Doritos locos supreme, my cheesy gordita crunch was notmade supreme, and I wasn't even given a straw. The first two times I've come here I was willing to forgive them giving me thewrong order, but since this is their third time messing up my order and clearly the norm at this taco bell, I will not be goingback. Oh and they didn't even include their store number on the receipt, which makes it harder for me to complain directly totaco bell. Read more
I normally don?t leave negative reviews because I know I everyone has off days. But the food we received was terrible. It was... COLD, not lukewarm, actually cold to where I had to warm it up on the stove just to make it editable. The guy at the drive thruwas less than pleasant. I asked him for a moment (there was nobody else in line) and 5 seconds later he was asking us to order,and continued to do so even after asking again for a moment. I have been to this location a few times and every single time has been quick service! I love it! They give you plenty of sauce... and they are friendly! The inside is very clean as well! I tried the Mexican pizza for the first time but was more impressed bythis location! Read more
Would put 0 if I could. I understand late nights are not always the best part of your job, but a job is still a job and it's... unacceptable to think this is okay. There was no meat in our items we ordered!!! Would not come to this location ever again theemployee obviously don't care. Read more
