It's sad knowing that taco bell is offering vegan options and advertising it on their website, but their locations can't... successfully produce any. I tried ordering a Black Bean crunchwrap - no cheese or sour cream- but it somehow ended up with beefin it?? Hurry up and order! The drive thru cashier Elizabeth doesn't like to wait on customers. Which kinda sucks if its been a while... since you visited a Taco Bell. Your employees close the lobby way before close and just stare at you when you try to come in for a meal. And then refuse to... take separate orders in the drive through when they are short staffed but 4 of the staff members are sitting in the lobby onthere phone. Don?t waste your time at this location. I have given this Taco Bell multiple chances . First there?s literally only 3 pieces in this steak bowl . Second , I had a Baja... blast with my order and she forgot to give it to me . When I go to the door it?s locked so I knocked and she tried to ignore me. I get back in my car and check my bag and I only have one Cinnabon order (I had ordered 2) . Went twice to 2 different locations in a week. This visit was after 9 PM to earn a free breakfast burrito on 2nd visit. Had to... spend at least $10. Got the 2 Chicken Chalupa Supreme combo. Came with crispy beef taco & large drink; got Brisk Dragon Paradiseiced tea. Food is good, but Taco Bell is the McDonald's of Mexican food. Okay, but there's better. Everything was with meat, and there were some sour cream. #Grubhub I... had a really bad experience, but I'm giving it a 4-star because of the conscious effort Taco Bell is putting into accommodatingvegan customers. Stopped by about a week ago after work and placed a mobile order for pickup around 10 PM. Pulled up to the drive thru and was... informed that the restaurant was already closed. Even after informing that my order was already paid for the employee on thedrive thru mic quickly suggested a refund and didn't even attempt to check about making the order. The hours stated 8 AM - 12PM, which is false advertising. If the restaurant isn't going to stay open that late then the hours need to be changed andreflect the hours they are open until. Read more
