Food is ok.. people are nice but I rarely eat here unless surrounding businesses are busy.
I was on my motorcycle going through the drive thru. The lady that helped me was outstanding in customer service. I believe her... name was Victoria and was wearing an arm sling. She offered me water while I waited and its like she read my mind cuz I was sothirsty. She was very personable and gave me the best service I've ever had from someone in R&L foods. I only come here to pick up food for a taco bell lover. The service is always slow. Be aware that some items the website says... are available here are in fact not (gordita). The Mexican pizzas are popular. I liked the Nashville hot chicken when KFC offeredit. Read more
Waited an hour in a drive through at 10pm with 4 cars, lady working the DT had an attitude and thought a Crunchwrap & a nacho... fries box with 3 drinks was a big order. Joke location, i understand things are difficult right now, but if you don?t like yourjob, leave it. We are also in the service industry, this was just entirely disrespectful. Read more

To start this review off I'll be starting with the service. The cashier was ok but the service from the food maker to the tray... could have been better. Most company's I have noticed are putting Eat-In food in to-go bags. Bad for business in my opinion.Secondly, workers were just standing around as you can see clearly the dining area needs cleaning. Not to mention the littlefella (a spider) I killed while I was here eating. I believe they can do better and will return in the future to see if theyhave changed. Read more
Ordered my food. Lady with tattoos took my money, didn't utter a word to me. No hello, bi, thanks, here ya go, nuthin, other... than if I would like any sauce. And while the window was open, she was texting someone before she gave me my order. I'm not abig germaphobe or anything but that's the first thing that came to my mind. Food was fine as afar as taste however, the beef wasso wet, it leaked through the bag, onto me and the seats of my car. A LOT! Read more
