This is absolutely the WORST Taco Bell ever. Every. SINGLE. Time I go thru the drive thru they ask me to come in and order. Or... to order and pick it up inside so they don't get dinged on time. If I could give this negative stars I would. And honestly shameon me for trying to give this location one more chance. I should have known better. Read more
Placed an order online. Went to pickup and they had me waiting 20 plus minutes after the app said it was ready for pickup. They... weren?t busy at all. The food was beyond cold when I arrived home and tasted like they just gave me the leftovers. Horriblelocation. Read more

We stopped here on our way home from the airport and we were lucky enough to have Keon helping us out. He was extremely... welcoming and professional and got our order correct on the first go (which seems to be pretty rare these days). This Taco Bellis lucky to have a guy like him. No point in using the mobile app for ordering food. I guess they only care about their drive-through times, because it took over... 20 minutes to make my 1 burrito after I had ordered it ahead of time (pick-up inside store). Lol never again, lesson learned. Read more
This is the second time in two weeks that I have gone to this Taco Bell and I?ve had the same problem both times - the food is... served COLD. Last time it literally felt like it was straight out the freezer. Have you ever heated up frozen food in themicrowave, took a bite, and got that stiff, cold, put it back in the microwave asap kinda bite? The kind that makes you secondguess if you even still want to eat it. Well that?s how this Taco Bell serves their food. I really hoped the last time was afluke but tonight I had the same issue. It wasn?t as frozen as the last time but it was cold to the touch - and I don?t mean nothot/room temperate feel, I mean actually refrigerator cold. I should not have to heat up every meal I get. It?s entirelyunacceptable. I have no idea what they are doing or why they consistently serve cold food but I officially will not return tothis location. I hope y?all clean up your act! Read more
It was quick and convenient. A quick drive thru experience but sometimes you have to be a little patient in the drive thru.
