Multiple times I've been told to pull around after ordering 1 item for it to be made, and somehow my food is still cold when I... get it. Today I asked for a freeze with the flavors mixed (which I always get) and was told it couldn't be done. Taco Bell'swebsite literally says you can and gives suggestions on which flavors to mix. I just went through the drive through and they had me pull around since I guess they needed some time to make my food.. 15 min... later they came out to deliver my food and I exchanged my siera mist with a Dr Pepper since the syrup ran out I didn?t think itwas a big deal but then the worker came out aggressively to see why I complained and I told her why and the two workers thereeven held her back. Chicken was usually great but not this time. Under the skin there were still traces of the flour not fully fried. They did have... a long line so I'm sure they were rushing and trying their best not to keep customers waiting too long. Read more
I was here to pick up a doordash for a customer and the order was not ready and my presence was quickly acknowledged by the... manager i believer her name is Sidney (all i know is that she was wearing an orange manager shirt ) she offered me a drink whilei waited an extra 3 minutes fir my customer?s order thats something that not many places will do for you. Went with my son and used a BOGO coupon for a 3 piece meal (thanks KFC). We both got the Original Recipe chicken and it was... delish. The mashed potatoes and mac 'n cheese were also delish. And Mari, our cashier was a great multitasker, because she alsotook an order from the drive thru at the same time she took our order. And, btw, Mari was a BABE! Oh, to be young again. Read more
10/31: At 945pm I got up to order and was told they ran out of food. The car in front of me just took the last of their food.... Really... it says you close at 11pm. If these are not your hours please update them. 11/1: So I decided to try again, butearlier this time. I ordered the taco box.
