the shift manager (girl with long black hair, and glasses) seemed more interested in a conversation with another employee about... who was outside in the parking lot waiting for her. Unfocused and seemed as though she didn't want to take my order. The foodtasted weird and my burritos were extremely long, I've never had long skinny shaped burritos from taco bell. So I know my foodwas not handled with care. Maybe she (shift leader) should not be worried about answering personal phone calls on her cellphonein front of customers. Came for breakfast. No people in the restaurant. Very slow morning. My issue is this; we get in n no person at the cashier. ... Yelled out for service"hello!". No answer. Was there for two minutes. Then notice self computer to make orders. We madeorders and got feed. Just thinking of someone there in front N IN THE BACK. THIS THING NOW IN DAYS IS DUMB. Three stars only and only for the crispy tacos everything else in their menu is terrible I actually heard once someone say that... this is good Mexican food and it almost made me choke I know everybody has different feelings about it but still I always get astomach ache when I even take a bite of one of the burritos I mean I might give him another star the day they start using goodhomemade tortillas until that day Meh ???? I normally go to another location that?s a little closer to me, but NOT ANYMORE!!! The gentleman that took my order this morning... right at the crack of 11 could have very well told me that breakfast was over, but nope! I had just come from that otherlocation, disappointed because online it says they had breakfast but I should have known better? This store is perfectly located on S.W Military drive. It was clean, the restrooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and... knowledgeable of each product. My food was hot, and had a good amount of lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. The food wasn't fallingout of my tortilla all over the place like other stores. Found this to be a good experience in customer service. I wouldrecommend this spot to eat, and have a great conversation since it wasn't loud even though they had a good amount of people. Read more
Tried the vegetarian black bean chalupa and a cheese roll. Food tasted fresh here unlike at some of the other taco bells. You... can order from a kiosk and food came out pretty quickly as well. Because of Covid you need to get drinks and sauce from thecounter by asking for them. The tables weren't clean when we went in. Read more
