Really pretty and neatly kept. Short staffed so expect a little bit of a wait. Melon agua fresca wasn't something I'd order... again. Me and my husband pass by this place a lot and always thought it looked a little sketchy, sitting between a driving school that... never seems to be open and the long-defunct Joe's Volcano. The windows are fully covered so you can't see inside of you're justpassing by. We finally took the leap to go in and see what was in there and we were very glad we did! It's a super cute littleshop!! The girls working there were very friendly and fast. The aguas frescas was delicious and the Italian ice was great on ahot day. We didn't try any of the food items but we'll definitely be back to give them shot. The pudding cups looked so good inthe case. Decided to stop by with the kids after seeing this place a bunch of times from the street. We ordered and then after seeing the... total I asked about pricing, customers should have a right to ask about pricing right? So I asked why the menu board says onething and I was charged another. She told me that that's the way it rang up and that the board isnt updated. She then took myorder and when we got our stuff which was good by the way, I see my pinanada wasnt like I ordered it. So she takes it with anattitude and I over heard her talking about me to he coworker like if I wasnt even there. I over heard her saying, "what else isnew". She prepares my pinanada and just puts in on the counter and walks away mad. Like, what did I do to her? Her coworkerlooked at me and looked apologetic. I dont know if that employee was having a bad day but man, that was some bad customerservice. I will not be coming back, it was not a pleasant experience here. Three stars for snacks tho. Read more

Absolutely loved the dessert cups, aguas, mini churros, & fruit cups we ordered for a baby shower! The shop is decorated so... nicely just in time for Valentine?s Day, too! Cashier was friendly however she was not wearing a mask when a sign requiring masks was posted. I ordered ice cream treats which... were just ordinary, nothing special. The piccadilly lacked raspa syrup. My matcha boba tea was basically just milk blended withice. I wondered why my tapioca/boba balls were not going up the straw and when I finished my "tea" I noticed they were stucktogether (pictured), doughy and obviously were not fresh. Will not be returning.
