We frequent this location a few times a week. Great coffee but beware of very rude staff. One of multiple purchases included a... shot of espresso over ice. I politely ask someone to please give me more ice. This young man have me a not so nice look, turnedto scoop up ice, poored a few cubes in my cup. I asked if he could poor the rest in my cup and was told to say please. I repliedI said please when I first asked for additional ice. He proceeded to rudely dump the ice in my cup and all over my hand andcounter. I spoke with manager and her excuse was, well, we all have bad days and I didn't witness it. First time here, definitely won't be my last! The flavor of the coffee is amazing! Deep, rich, robust and intensely... invigorating.....
