Honestly, I love subway but this one just didn't sit right with me. First of all the staff looked miserable and hadn't slept in... a week. They seemed annoyed whenever I asked for something and were very slow.Also my little brother asked for a milk and theguy rolled his eyes and said there was some by the counter (which there wasn't) he then walked back into the fridge and said theran out, I really just wish he could've been nicer. I ignored that part but It became worse when they just stood and stared atme while i ate at one of the tables. The food was average, it tasted a bit old but besides that it was fine. Very rude staff. Everyone looked miserable working there. The vegetables look like they have been sitting there for days.... Absolutely disgusting I had to walk out. Save your coins for the subway down the street. Way better experience over there. Read more

Probably the worst Subway I?ve been in? The person who prepared my sandwiches was SO UNPREPARED? first of all, I had to walk... him through the steps? he cut my bread all the way through, for some strange reason, I asked for a double meat subway melt (aclassic) and not only he didn?t know what to do, he didn?t even make it double or add the bacon. Slowest workers ever? it took more than 30 minutes for just 2 sandwiches? we didn?t even get lettuce or avicado because it had... black spots on it? they didn?t know their own packages, we had to tell them what was included in each sandwich? worst experienceever, never going back. Read more
I think I caught them on a bad day. I arrived at 9 am and could see the manager was still counting the register. I waited a few... minutes for her to unlock the door. She was very friendly but seemed overwhelmed with the way the store was left by nightshift. They were out of some product so I was limited on what I could order. I ordered a foot long but when she cut the breadin two before asking me I said to 6? would be better ( it was cheaper in the long run with the deal going on). When she rung meup she charged me for the foot long and she had a line so I just took it. She was in the shop alone and I didn?t want to add toher morning. I got home and was disappointed in my sandwich. There was no flavor except frost bitten tomatoes that tastedhorrible and the bread that tasted stale. This Subway location is very modern, and they have kept it good condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bread is... fresh. The restaurant is always clean and so are the restrooms. Customer service is always good and our sandwiches are alwaysmade quickly. This is a great place to stop in before or after a grocery shopping run at the H-E-B right around the corner. Read more
Extremely disappointed. Management does not seem to care or want to be involved with the customer. In trying to order online the... system said the store was closed and it could not accept orders. To verify this fact, we called and were told the location wasopen. Based on this, we asked if the online coupon could be accepted via a phone order. The manager Brenda Mendez said it couldnot be. When asked if we could speak to her, she had suddenly departed for the day. This was only about 2 mins from the couponquestion. It seems that Ms. Mendez simply did not want to discuss the issue with us and had her staff dismiss us. Totallyunacceptable. Read more
