Honestly, I love subway but this one just didn't sit right with me. First of all the staff looked miserable and hadn't slept in... a week. They seemed annoyed whenever I asked for something and were very slow.Also my little brother asked for a milk and theguy rolled his eyes and said there was some by the counter (which there wasn't) he then walked back into the fridge and said theran out, I really just wish he could've been nicer. I ignored that part but It became worse when they just stood and stared atme while i ate at one of the tables. The food was average, it tasted a bit old but besides that it was fine. Probably the worst Subway I?ve been in? The person who prepared my sandwiches was SO UNPREPARED? first of all, I had to walk... him through the steps? he cut my bread all the way through, for some strange reason, I asked for a double meat subway melt (aclassic) and not only he didn?t know what to do, he didn?t even make it double or add the bacon. Extremely disappointed. Management does not seem to care or want to be involved with the customer. In trying to order online the... system said the store was closed and it could not accept orders. To verify this fact, we called and were told the location wasopen. Based on this, we asked if the online coupon could be accepted via a phone order. The manager Brenda Mendez said it couldnot be. When asked if we could speak to her, she had suddenly departed for the day. This was only about 2 mins from the couponquestion. It seems that Ms. Mendez simply did not want to discuss the issue with us and had her staff dismiss us. Totallyunacceptable. Read more
