I had the best experience because of the man working behind the counter, Francisco. Going into a fast food restaurant, I guess I... never really expect to receive the type of experience that would make me want to acknowledge it in a review. Tonight was theexception. Francisco was so friendly and easy to talk to. He could've just rang up my order and sent me on my way but he told meso many useful tidbits about the area and I really enjoyed talking to him. This garbage Subway is the worst thing I have ever consumed in 37 years. There was no sign anywhere in the establishment that... said there was no bread, onions or sauce! The only bread they had was white or wheat. Even after we agreed on wheat (we wantedItalian Herbs and Cheese), they told us there were no onions or Sriracha AFTER they already toasted (burnt) our sandwiches.Waste of our time in an otherwise beautiful city. Order: 6347E7F5-1C I ordered 3 cold-cut sandwiches, which none were cut in half , and one of them was on flat bread and not... toasted. I work at subway so I'm definitely going to judge , and I know for a fact that flatbread is always toasted. I alsoordered a chocolate chip cookie and a white chip MCDNT cookie , and got 2 white instead. I understand if there was no chocolate, but I can't tell with this experience. For sure they did not check the special instructions because I asked for napkins andutensils and recived none. As a subway artist myself I could not be more disappointed with this experience, food was okay butbased on what I recived service was below average. Not pleased at all. Read more
