Had stop to get lunch for to go order the girl made my sandwich's when I got to pay the register did not work for credit card... then the lady ask How will I pay for food then I told the lady that I'm not going to leave to use a ATM machine cause for one Ofall service fee the ATM charge's beside bank fee I said no thanks finally the the lady kept trying to see if she can get itrunning up but nothing she finally said Mrs I am sorry our machine are not working just take the sandwich's free of charge andI gladly Thank her hope they fix register. They didn't have meatballs. No chips at all. The kid with the dreds was rude. You don't say "yup" when I say thank you on the... phone. And he didn't seem to care when I went there and tried to order. Never going back again. Lost me as a customer. Read more
This subway needs more employees. It?s a Saturday and literally only have on person working. Customers are angry orders are... taking too long. I ordered online and I?m still here 10min later. I?m on my lunch break and spent 20 mins here. I?m lucky I havean hour but I mean come on subway. Get more employees or have a manager work. Smh. EDIT: I left because the employee took toolong to make my sandwich. When asked for a refund he said for me to sit down and wait for his manager to text him back. Worst subway restaurant ever, not just once but has happened several times with this restaurant. I have order online and order... is never ready by the time I go to pick it up. One time I order and the restaurant was closed the employees left and close earlymy money was return the next day . Today 3/14/22 I made an online order and was not ready by the time it supposed to be ready plus I get home to eat it and my surprise was a frozen chicken in my sub . Worst worst subway ever .
