I ordered 2 ft. longs. One was the Bella sandwich. The employee asked me if I wanted it toasted. I said no I do not like it. He... toasted it anyway. While I am trying to help my blind brother do his order. The employee told me it was to late and refused toremake MY SANDWICH. He WANTED ME TO TAKE THE ONE HE TOASTED. I refused. They don?t respect their working hours. Three times I visited them at 10:45 pm and found them closed. One time knocked on the... door while someone inside was cleaning at 11:45 pm, and she ignored me and entered inside until 10:56 pm then she came to tellme they are closed at 11!!! Read more
Worst customer service. I was trying to scan my code and the lady literally took my phone out of my hand to scan it herself, she... was so rough my phone fell out of her hand, she didn?t apologize and she didn?t say anything just gave me the receipt and left.Super rude. Went in a good mood and Erika has had a a really bad and rude behavior and this is my second visit.. decided on not to return...... We were visiting from Dallas, staying at the Fairfield Inn & this was a very convenient Subway (walking distance). We picked... sandwiches twice and had a very good customer service experience with the staff. Bad reviews aren't lying... Very snide employees, particularly the skinny tall dark haired guy with glasses. Just throwing the... sandwich together, as if he were frustrated. Think I also saw him rub his face before handling food again. Doesn't matter howfriendly you are with them, don't expect them to return the favor.
